When sending photos please take a picture of the senders information and the couriers details. A photo of my address at stackry is useless, meaningless and irrelevant. It doesn't help you are me figure out who sent the package. Please instruct the person taking the photos to use common sense.
Also, a photo out of focus is a waste of time and effort.

I have been charged storage, but emaield Stackry support on numerous occasions over this last month (and that is being polite on the timescale) about consolidation of this shipment, which at the end of the day is just rubber balls. Consolidation report sounds impressive, but all of these balls could have been placed in three buckets, which were part of the shipment. Online chat did not work and I have zero messages in response form Stackry. In the end I gave up waiting for support as Stackry was making a very WRONG daily charge. Its not possible to message you when logged in, and it is not possible to put in any comments of instructions as part of the consolidation process.

It's great that I can buy from the US, but the shipping prices here seem high? Stackry DHL courier left my first package in a compromising spot (in the open space of my mailbox, right on the street, instead of safer at my door) and it got stolen. Hopefully round 2 will go better...PO Box.

I recently had a truly awful experience with Stacky, a company that I had high hopes for. Unfortunately, my expectations were far from met, and I feel compelled to share my experience with others to prevent them from enduring the same ordeal.
First and foremost, their customer service is abysmal. When I encountered issues with a package, I attempted to reach out to their support team for assistance. It was an absolute nightmare trying to get in touch with a representative or for one to respond timorously to all my emails. After countless emails, I received generic and unhelpful responses that left me frustrated and no closer to resolving my problem.
The core function of a package forwarding company is to ensure that packages are efficiently and securely delivered to their intended recipients. Stacky, unfortunately, failed miserably in this regard. The package I was eagerly awaiting arrived with missing items that were apparently prohibited however listed on the waybill/manifest.
Adding to my disappointment, the pricing structure was far from transparent. I paid duties/tax for items that were not actually in my box (since they were never shipped).
The trust I placed in Stacky was misplaced, and my terrible experience with them has left me with a bitter taste. I strongly advise anyone considering using their services to think twice. There are many other reputable package forwarding companies available that offer better customer service, transparent pricing, and, most importantly, reliable delivery services. Save yourself the stress and disappointment and look elsewhere for your package forwarding needs.

Consolidation doesn't save. Could be miscalculation

The goods news is, that you did save $34.97 by consolidating the two packages into one shipment versus sending each 1 by 1. This was my worst experience with Stacy - incorrectly labelling a PEB as Hazmat has delayed my shipment for over 20 days and means that I won't have the items for a deployment that I'm now on. The warehouse team were terrible and did nothing to assist - I had to send multiple emails and get in touch with the manufacturer to ask them to help - an awful experience and has put me off using stackery in the future.

The shipping department will request a Material Safety Data sheet when we have a question about the product being shipped. This can occur when the item being shipped is potentially a dangerous good and the manufacturer packaging or ingredient list on the product is not complete or visible. This document is required to determine if the item is a dangerous good and the proper way to package and ship it. Due to international shipping regulations, shipping companies are required to have the material safety data sheet on file for dangerous goods shipped in the event of damage or leakage in transit. I see you sent the MSDS to customer service and based on the information provided in section 14 of the MSDS, the shipment was released to be shipped as NON-HAZMAT. We understand your frustration with this process and delay. The MSDS has been saved on file, so we do not stop this product in the future. Answer: The restrictions are on these types of items are dependent on what country you are shipping to. It is always best to check with your local customs office on what can be shipped before shopping in the U.S. The specific restrictions will vary by country. For example on your list perfume has the tightest restrictions which are based on the ‘flash point’ of the perfume. Vitamins and supplements are widely shipped but some countries have very tight restrictions on specific ingredients. Stackry will ship most items that eligible to be shipped to your home
