Our $12.50 dangerous goods fee covers labor and materials, and part of the dangerous goods charge our carriers charge us. I use for to be able to receive goodies from my favourite author who doesn't post directly to England. Stackry are good at keeping me updated on all aspects of my parcel. They let me know when it has arrived at the locker, along with if it needs repacking or not. They are honest. Have received a few items this way and highly recommend

The original dimensional weight of your package was 20 lbs., before we repacked the package. By using our repacking service, we were able to reduce the weight to 5 lbs. The concept is great, but excecution is lacking and deceiving. I used the service 3 times, last time not by choice. They only offer FedEx and DHL the two most expensive services. After my second order placement, I did a little price comparison and dug into the price quote that you only recieve AFTER they recieve your items (no up front quotes) The second order I was charged $107 for 6lbs, when the actual weight was 4lbs. I was told the up charge was for the "big" 10x12 box (2 extra lbs is dimensional weight). My third order was a tote bag that weighed 3lbs and of course another up charge for final total of $97 to ship to me. I went to USPS and UPS
Websites, plugged in the actual weight and dimensions both companies would have charged me less than $60 to ship each order. My advice is to stay clear of this company (scam) and find a friend or family member that can have UPS or USPS (you can schedule pickups for free) pick up your orders and ship them to you.
Why USPS shipping to Canada option is not provided.
The shipping cost is high for such a small item which the actual size is 3" in diameter.

While we strive to keep prices low, international shipping is expensive and we try to keep our prices down by offering repackaging and consolidation services that can end up saving you a lot of money in the long run. Clients see the most value by consolidating multiple packages into one shipment to save on shipping versus sending smaller packages 1 by 1. We do offer USPS Express mail to Canada, but the option you shipped with is the least expensive service to that destination for a 1 lb. package. Worked out for me, although I just ordered a pair of sneakers paid like 60 bucks shipping for the FedEx and then when it arrived at my door I had to pay another $25.
That's what it takes to get what I wanted though.

Hello, I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I received from your company. I recently submitted a shipment consolidation request with the expectation that the overall billable weight would be reduced. However, to my surprise, I received an increased weight with no prior notification from your team. I was expecting a much more efficient service from a company of your reputation. To make matters worse, one of the packages was treated as hazmat, even though the item description on Amazon clearly stated that no batteries were included. This caused unnecessary delays and added additional expenses to my shipment. I had to continue with the shipment as it had already taken too much time, and I needed it urgently. I believe that the customer should be involved if there is any concern regarding the shipment. However, I did not receive any communication from your team about the surprising increase of weight after consolidation or the hazmat category throughout the entire process, which is highly unprofessional. I hope you can understand my frustration and take appropriate measures to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. It is always best to check with your local customs office on what can be shipped before shopping in the U.S. The specific restrictions will vary by country. For example on your list perfume has the tightest restrictions which are based on the ‘flash point’ of the perfume.
