So if your package was large, but light, it may have been charged based on dimensional weight not the actual scale weight. Shipping pricey cause there is same price payment for duties when arrive
Hi Shirley. Thank you for your feedback. Sorry you were not happy with the prices and duties. Please note, your customs calculations are specific to your country. You pay us for the shipping costs and based off of the customs values you add to your items / packages, the carrier you select (FedEx, DHL, USPS, etc.) collects the duty and customs payment from you. Every country has their own specific import taxes, so one country may have no duties and taxes charges, and another could be up to 30%. To add on to this, some countries tax differently based off the commodity. I understand your disappointment. We strive to get our rates as low as possible and will continue to do so. Last time i pay 90$CAD for shipping and now you send by fedex 76$ more to pay, i just receive the bill... so for one shipping i pay almost 170$

Stackry charge for everything, and do not show picture for items in high quality plus it's not enough and if the customer need more picture it's not free and shipment fees high comparing to other shipment sites
