Overall great service, has been reliable thus far. The only thing I'd note is that it's quite invasive to have Stackry open parcels without express permission - other forwarding services do not do this. I'd be hesitant to send anything delicate or of high value through Stackry, as I'd worry that it might get dirty, broken, or tampered with.
So far so good it does seem to be taking a little while to consolidate my packages but I am hoping to see them ready to ship soon

I have used your service in the past but never have I had to pay $70+ for what was only 2 items. I have already paid the amount as I have no such choice than to ship this out as soon as possible but I would very much like some assistance with being told why it has costed me this much.

Thought i'd have to pay around $60 maybe $90 tops, but ended up paying $300. If I had just shipped straight to my address I would've saved $150.

Clients see the most value by consolidating multiple packages into one shipment to save on shipping versus sending smaller packages 1 by 1. Since having moved permanently to Paris, there are some things in the USA we got used to, but these few things do not ship outside the USA. Thankfully there is Stackry.

I like the changes to the dashboard and always appreciate the good customer service. I would like to see a mobile app with push notifications when packages are ready because it's easy for me to miss an email and it sometimes delays my package processing.
