Once again you said there is hazmat and not only I pay the hazmat fee but again Aramex my preferred shipper is not available which would be $20 less (the others waaaaay overcharge on import amounts whereas Aramex is always fair and close to correct). AGAIN. And I have no hazmat AGAIN, but your auto-classification system comes up with very wacky things very often... like bearings often say nuclear material. It is frustrating, this auto-class thing is very very cumbersome and incorrect so so often. So, I pay extra 12.5 hazmat + extra $20 for the shipping plus for sure and extra perhaps $20 - $30 on the import fees. Fedex and DHL are ALWAYS very unfair on import charges (I bring in lots else from USA, UK, Germany).

My experience using Stackry is a good one, great communication, my item was repackaged to a high standard as I was worried about it becoming damaged in transit, I recieved my item intact.

Overall, a great experience. Very efficient and straightforward. However, my only suggestion would be to make sure the photo Stackry sends of the shipping label on the package is clear and in focus. I had 5 packages sent for consolidation and I could not read the sender's information on the shipping label to see where the package came from and determine what the contents were. I had to go back and reconcile the tracking numbers to my order confirmations. This could have been avoided if the photo taken was in better focus. Thank you!

HI Denis. Very sorry to hear you did not have a good experience using our service. Upon review, I do not see you contacted client support to discuss this matter. The determination for Hazmat is based on the visual inspection of the products, not by what is listed in the customs details. I see we marked Hood Struts as hazardous. Based on our experience and dangerous goods training, struts and shock absorbers are hazmat due to the hydraulic fluid in the products. The reason for the hazmat fee is due to the added time, paperwork, labeling and in some instances specialized packaging required to complete the shipment. If you are able to obtain the Material Safety Data Sheet from the supplier, we will be happy to give it another look.
