The shipment before that was paid for on a Friday afternoon and sadly the shipment did not make it out until Monday. Consolidation resulted in the same weight and size of the parcel, and the same shipping rate, but I was still charged for it. Shipping rates only showed that the cheapest offer didn't include the possibility to ship liquids at the last possible stage.

This occurs in some cases, where the original shipping box is the best fit. What we should have done is sent you an email that the package was not able to be repacked and refunded the repack fee. I have gone ahead and issued that refund to you. I will make sure your feedback is passed along to the appropriate department manager. Sadly, one of our carriers do not ship liquids. Excellent Service - An absolute game changer when buying multiple products from the US and shipping to the UK.
The whole process from buying from a US supplier and having it sent to Stackry and then on to me in the UK has been quick and easy and helped along the way by a very intuitive and easy to follow website which guides you through the whole process. I will definitely be using this facility again.
Pretty expensive however it is nice quick and convenient.
Always random fees that get applied, non dangerous things get marked as dangerous and you pay a crazy amount

I looked at your account history and can see that it was more expensive, because it was a dangerous goods shipment due to the cosmetics being shipped. Based on the ingredients in the cosmetics, the team determined it to be flammable. Due to international regulations, shipping perfumes and other flammable items requires Stackry to use a certain box size and it limits the economy carriers offered. Our $12.50 dangerous goods fee covers labor and materials, and part of the dangerous goods charge our carriers charge us. Answer: The restrictions are on these types of items are dependent on what country you are shipping to. It is always best to check with your local customs office on what can be shipped before shopping in the U.S. The specific restrictions will vary by country. For example on your list perfume has the tightest restrictions which are based on the ‘flash point’ of the perfume. Vitamins and supplements are widely shipped but some countries have very tight restrictions on specific ingredients. Stackry will ship most items that eligible to be shipped to your home
