Really expensive for small items. No coupons work for i Canadians even though on the Internet, there are international codes. Otherwise, pretty impressed with the layout and step-by-step instructions.

We have a great customer service team who can help you with any inquiries such as this. I apologize we were not able to make the package smaller to save you on shipping. This occurs in some cases, where the original shipping box is the best fit. What we should have done is sent you an email that the package was not able to be repacked and refunded the repack fee. I have used Stackry a couple of times to ship products that I can only buy in the US to Europe. The service is very smooth and easy to use but as ever I do wish it wasn't as expensive. Unfortunately the things I am shipping are only released a couple of times a year and sell out fast so it is hard to 'stack' goods and get the cost down that way.

السلام عليكم,

نعتذر عن هذا الازعاج,

١- بخصوص تكلفة الشحن, نحن نحاول ابقاء رسوم الشحن الخاصة بنا اقل مايمكن بحيث لا تتأثر نوعية الخدمة التي نقدمها,
٢-بالنسبة لشحنتك, الشحنة وصلت لنا بوزن حجمي قدره ٢٠ باوند, و قد اخبرناك انه يمكنك طلب اعادة التغليف من اجل انقاص ابعاد الصندوق الذي تم وضع اعراضك فيه من اجل انقاص تكلفة الشحنة وفعلا, تم انقاص الوزن الى ٧ باوند وهو نفس الوزن الحقيقي للشحنة, وعندما طلبت اضافة خصم, قمنا باضافة خصم ١٠٪ على تكلفة الشحن وبعدها طلبت ان يتم وضع الشحنة في كيس من اجل تخفيض الابعاد اكثر, واخبرناك انه لا فائدة من ذلك لان تغيير التغليف يغير من الوزن الحجمي للشحنة وليس من وزنها الحقيقي, وبمان الوزن الحقيقي للشحنة هو نفسه الوزن الحجمي, اعادة التغليف مرة اخرى لن تؤثر على تكلقة الشحن ستكون خسارة مادية خسارة وقت بالنسبة لك, وقد ارسلنا لك صورا من حاسبة الشحن الخاصة بنا, لنثبت لك ان رسوم الشحن لن تتغير اذا تك طلب اعادة التغليف مرة أخرى.
أعتذر مرة اخرى عن الازعاج, ولكن خدمة العملاء لدينا قامت بواجبها من منحك خصم وتقديم النصح لك بما يحقق التوفير لك,

I faced a problem previously, and I made a comment about a problem previously, and one of the admins replied that the problem had been fixed and the amount that had been wrongfully withdrawn from me was refunded, and it was placed, according to the admin's words, in the Stackery wallet. Now I just charged and did not see a box for the wallet. It seems that it has been removed from My dashboard, and I can no longer see whether the amount was refunded for the previous problem or not, or even use my previous balance in this charging process. I do not know if this is a technical problem or not, but I waited about three weeks to solve the problem and it was not solved, and Stackery only provides 45 A day to wait for the product in their warehouse for free, so I had to ship it before the specified period, and I was unable to use any of my previous balance in the Stackery wallet or the balance that they claimed they put in my wallet because the wallet field was not activated in the first place during the payment and shipping process.
