I've used other shipping forwarding companies who throw in received items' photos for free and does not charge for the package consolidation service also gives 90 days free hosting for received packages.
Your service is premium and easy, you should seriously consider what the competitors offers for their customers. I have used your services 4 times so far. But I guess for the future I'll switch to ship4less company for the approve reasons
Kindly clarify if custom duties included or not, so shipping carrier doesn't charge extra fees when receiving the package.

The service is reliable, since my last shipping is about 3 years ago, I bought sth on ebay this time and the system just notified received package to me before I mean to check the process. I think the whole service system run smoothly. The only cons is the shipping price is a little too high, and lack the UPS and other deliver company to provide more diversity.

Parcels being over packed nearly every shipment has had to be repacked by Fedex. Now I have one stuck in Memphis that they are refusing to ship. Still waiting on Stackry to inform me had to chase it from the UK. Think will be going back to MYUS you are quick in shipping but there is no point if it arrives damaged, boxes split and stuff scuffed and damaged
