I've newly moved from a previous provider, who has lost items and taken a ridiculous length of time to ship items from the US to UK. I will no longer use them and love stack for their customer service and speedy consolidation and shipping time.

Poor after sales. Poor in communication via email. They should be working 24/7 in shifts. How can a warehouse be off? This is an International shipping platform. Timings differ globally so how can one communicate with Stackry if we have any urgent query? Moreover the chat also works during Monday through Friday only!
There are much better services available like MyUs.
