Once I got used to the idea of using any international shipping company it worked fine
The amount i paid for the shipment is ridiculous too expensive compared to the weight and dimensions of the package. Also you do not have an option to send to the postal office but it's ridiculous being presented with only dhl and fedex. I will not be using your services any more
Even though I put all the details of my address, on the final page when I needed to confirm my payment, the final address appeared missing some information. I had to go back several times in the steps to put my unit number on the same box after the address, only separated by a coma "," and also I notice that even though I had put the province as Ontario, I also had to go back on the steps and write the province on the same box as the city also separated by a coma, mean while unit and province had their own box that they were already written in it. All this so it shows up in the final address confirmation. This creates some distrust that I will receive my package because in order to make the address appear complete in the final step, I had to put the same info of unit and province in two different boxes. I found this very annoying and frustrating because I know this is something I need to get 100% clear in order to receive my package on time or just receive it at all, so that sucks. I really hope this turns into a successful delivery.

I have tried 2 Visa cards which I usually use it didn't go through I had to take my brother card to pay for the shipping fee & also u charge almost for anything you do Picture & receiving & consolidation so for these reasons I think this will be the last time I use your services, Thanks
Smooth process so far and they even answered the phone! A very polite lady. I've not received the item yet but so far very good!
Small issue with the payment page. Its is scrolling to the bottom so I got an error asking for payment information after hitting next on the service selection page but did not know I had been asked for payment information and it took 3 attempts before I realised it was hidden at the top of the page and the page had scrolled.
It always went without any problems. Fast and reliable service.
