The website is not a user-friendly one, and shipping an item takes forever (lots of commands and steps to finalize the order). Besides the unexplainable delays, the shipping rates are way much expensive compared to other shipping companies. I am finalizing the last shipment, and then I am going to cancel my membership. The website/service was way lower than my expectations.
I was notified by Stackry as soon as the package came in. The steps were very basic rerouting it to my address. Easy peasy.

The shipping is so expensive compared to the weight
Great service. The problem i encountered was with shipping services which has nothing to do you you. The most problems i experienced was with FedEx. Very unprofessional, lots of delay, and damaged products. The last shipment with them was delayed 10 days and package itself was damaged. Fortunately the items inside were not. Compared to DHL, FedEx are extremely careless
