Well I've very little experience with shipping and online shopping from companies that can't deliver to where i live, so this whole experience was new to me, through out the process i was quite confused on how it all worked and didn't feel at ease not knowing how much it would cost since i could't find the weight and dimensions of my items. But the UI is very clear and easy to understand though once the website would not load for me which was very frustrating, but none the less i'm very happy with what's happened and i understand why Stackry is more expensive than other package forwarders as it makes promises to the costumer and from what I've read it almost always fulfills those when they can.
Email customer service is unacceptably slow (2 weeks!), and then I got charged a storage fee.
