Shipping prices are too high and you counted my shipment weight more than it actually is just so i repack it and pay more! I think this is greedy and using people need for their packages in your favor. This was my first time using stackry and i t will be the last as i will not order over here again.

The website had a strange bug and slowness in the beginning, but it seems the support solved the issue relatively fast, although they didn't provide any answer about it (I just tired later and provided them a half day to solve the issue).
My shipment was wrongly tagged as hazmat and the app/website would not allow me to change any settings or select any shipping methods, essentially putting my package into limbo. I emailed back and forth with customer service but each time was told I had to do something on my end or provide additional information to fix the problem. I am in the Army and stationed in Korea and had to call at 3:45a.m. Korea time to finally to speak to someone in person. Thankfully, I spoke to Miles and he resolved the issue over the phone.
It is a bit complicated and i don't receive a quick amswer for my concern
