I am upset about having to pay to find out an issue with damaged packaging. How would I know if it occurred after opening the packages or not. A photo should come as standard if there are issues over seas rather than keep photos hostage for 4 extra dollars. Pretty upset and unhappy as well as confused how to handle it from this point.

What a fantastic system that has saved me a lot of headaches.
This was the third thim I used Stackry to have merchandise send to the Netherlands and I'm still very please how everything is handled. My page just speaks for itself, Its very easy to use and everything is very clear on how and where you can find your packages. They always add photos of you packages on arrival.
Seems expensive for a few sports cards that weigh less than 2 lbs

It is always best to check with your local customs office on what can be shipped before shopping in the U.S. The specific restrictions will vary by country. For example on your list perfume has the tightest restrictions which are based on the ‘flash point’ of the perfume. When the team opens the retailer boxes for the consolidation, the procedure is separate any damaged items they discover. The reason for this is so you are aware the damage occurred in transit to Stackry. If Stackry is the cause of damage, we will notify you free of charge and initiate a claim.
