Took my money twice emailed them 5 times to say you have a system problem and please correct and not one response after this order I will never use this service again. What a turn off on customer support which is ZERO support and how disgusting and disgraceful to take people's hard earned money TWICE and not even respond

This time is the worst ever. I had to pay shipping costs to avoid delay penalties while there is still a jacket in my locker. I have not been answered about it. Was it placed in the shipment or is it still on hold?
