Operator was kind and helpful, I'm just annoyed that I had to call and couldn't resolve the issue myself (please make changing a delivery address possible during the "finalize" stage).
Mr. Erias Daman did a great job to solve the issue with regards to my option for the shipping carrier, which I am satisfied with.

Everything seems good. However, I have edited the shipping address before finalizing my shipment, yet, the order does not show the updated shipping information and keeps on showing the non-edited shipping address. Logged out then back in, same.

Confused about weight. Different numbers from shop to Stackry to billable dimensions on Stackry.
Three issues with mobile app:
- Views do not fit screensize.
- Chat with customer services restarts if I switch to full screen or if I click an image. After that the chat is reset and everything is gone.
- After clicking "Next" to choose payment it froze. Never recovered. So I had to finish the order on a desktop computer.
Poor information prior to using your service has meant that I have paid more to buy things in the US and ship them than I could have purchased for in my home country. I have never had this experience using other freight consolidation companies and will not be using your service again. In the future you should be upfront about shipping restrictions, taxes etc
Simple and inexpensive. It would be awesome if you could estimate import charges for the package.
