ليس لديكم صور للشحنات عند وصولها مجانية بل عليها رسوم وأيضا اسعار الشحن والضرائب المختلفة مرتفعه جدا حيث تقولون انه حساب بدون ضرائب ولكن الضرائب تظهر بشكل مخيف عند الشحن اما شركات اخرى في امريكا لا توحد مثل هذه الرسرم العالية جداً انا استخدمت حسابكم على شحنتين للتجربة وستكون آخر تجربة لي معكم لهذا السبب السعر العالي والرسوم المخفية انت عن نفسي شخص لدي طلبات شهرية لكن بهكذا اسعار لن اتهامل مهكم مره أخرى

Difficult to get hold of people, hit and miss on bubble wrap at $15, twice paid for two pieces of wrap and a couple of labels! Charged twice for shipping and can't get hold of anyone!

Shipping prices are ridiculous. Why are the only options express and priority shipping? There should be an option for standard shipping. I also feel that the weight of my package is inaccurate there is no way that it weighs 12 pounds.

كان التجربة الأولى لي في ستاكري و أحببتها ولكن لدي ملاحظات أتمنى أن يتم توضيح الأسعار بالتفاصيل بالريال السعودي و الدولار، وأيضا توضيح بشكل أبسط لكيفية احتساب حجم وكمية و سعر الشحنة، فقد احتجت للكثير من الفيديوهات التوضيحية حتى أتمم عملية شحناتي.
1- نحتاج نعرف كيف طريقة اعادة الطلبيه للبائع وهي عندكم لأن أسعار الشحن مرتفعه جداً.؟
2- كيف إعادة الطلبيه بعد وصولها للعميل.؟
