If i ordered directly from the shop it will cost 25 dollars without any additional fees or taxes
When i ship by your service it cost 65 dollars and the shipping company asked me for additional 10 dollars

Our carriers charge us off of dimensional weight or actual weight, whichever is higher of the two, which is standard for international shipments. Merchants are able to offer low shipping rates because they are making a profit from the item, so yes, you will find that more often than not shipping rates directly from the retailer are more affordable than our rates. The service we offer is international forwarding, so that is the service we make our profit from, as we are not selling the item in question. Additionally, I see you had just one order come through, and it was shipped out without receiving any other services while in our care. Our customers see the most savings when utilizing our consolidation service, by placing multiple orders to have delivered to our warehouse to then consolidate together, and ship out all at once. Another point to make is that our service will not be the most economical for all individuals in all cases. We offer a niche service, so there may be times where consolidating and shipping with us is most cost-efficient, and other times when it is not.
Compared to the rest of the industry our pricing is very competitive, especially since we have no membership fees, no receiving fees, 0% US sales tax, and free storage for your packages for 45 days.
