Using Stackry.com to forward orders from US Retailers to England in the UK. So far orders are processed reasonably promptly (7 days after instruction to consolidate and release for shipment). Packaging is sized to just fit the consolidated contents so no wastage. Photographs delivered next working day.
Be prepared for sticker shock when the shipping options are presented. Not much choice (am looking into opening an account the Global Freight Forwarders). So far shipping costs are running about 130% of the value of the goods being sent.
No issues with UK Customs, normally pass through within 48hrs of arrival, and packages arrive within 4 working days of arriving at Heathrow.

My package was flagged for shipping from one US address to another. I understand why that could be a concern; however there was a phone number and a quick phone call could have given you the simple explanation. I paid 81$ to have it overnighted before I left visiting the US to go home to HK. I intended to have Amazon ship it straight to me but for some reason it defaulted to my Stackry address. I CALLED and it was straightened out in about 2 minutes, but now I have to pay to have it shipped overseas.

It is standard procedure for our customer service team to reach out via email regarding security concerns when prompted or instructed by that department to initiate the security screening process. We do not place those outbound calls as we can't be sure that the phone number listed would be the one for the Stackry account holder (and oftentimes they are not) that we need to get in touch with, so an email is always a direct and safe route.
It's great to hear you were able to call and speak with a member of the team to get that sorted. If the re was concern that the cost to ship overseas was going to be more expensive than shipping overnight domestically, I do see that the carrier costs turned out to be less shipping it to HK versus overnight to the address here in the US. If the concern was centered more around the handling of the situation, I apologize again for that, and would say that it is simply the procedure that is carried out for those security situations. Easy to use and look forward to doing more shipments
I liked the service. Other people complained about stolen packages and issues on the internet so I was afraid a bit to use the service, but I've never had any problem with any of my deliveries. I will use it again!
Why do I have to put in the item values myself? I dont face the same issue on MyUS. It is a total waste of time.
Hi Majid, thank you for your review! We allow you and all of our customers to input not just the values of the items you're shipping, but the description and quantity of them as well. We view it less as an issue, and more of something that differentiates us a little bit within the industry, and lets the customer have some control and be included in their shipping process. On the contrary, it is an important use of time, as that information is used to determine the duties and taxes that will be due when the shipment enters customs in your country, as well as determine the maximum liability for those items if they are lost and/or damaged. We offer this as a way for our customers to be involved in the overall process, and ask that responsibility and diligence is used when doing so.

ويتم حساب تكلفة الشحن بناء على القيمة الاكبر, لان هذه الطريقة هي التي يتم محاسبتنا بها من قبل شراكائنا في شركات الشحن,
وزن الشحنة الحقيقي عندجما وصلت لنا كان 21 باوند والوزن الحجمي للشحنة الخاص بك هو 31 باوند, لذلك فان تكلفة الشحن تم حسابها بناء على الوزن الحجمي,

So I am the fool that believed Stackry could get good deals for shipping. My order weighing 48lbs cost $500-560. The same dimensions and value was entered into myus.com at $100. Stackry does not have the resources to get the best price for the same service. Customer service is helpless to do anything for the customer. Go elsewhere!

After having the chance to look into your account and shipments a bit I am confident in saying that while not all of our cost-saving services were utilized for each of your shipments, we are also not ignorant to the fact that we may not be the right service or company for each individual to use for their international shipping needs. Of course we would like to be, but sometimes that is simply not the case.
I do not see an order from your account that weighed 48lbs. I see a handful of shipments, some of which were consolidated together to save on carrier costs while others were not (thus likely resulting in higher carrier costs), with the heaviest having a scale weight of 11lbs. This is neither here nor there though, as I believe you gathered that information from our shipping calculator as an example to use for comparison's sake. Yes, it is possible for other companies who offer the same or similar service(s) as us to have lower carrier costs, as we have our own negotiated rates while they will have their own. We do all we can to keep our carrier costs competitive as well as list the pricing for our services on our website, while continuing to have no membership fees, no receiving fees, 0% US sales tax on orders from US retailers, and 45 days of free storage for your parcels at our warehouse.
Regarding your point that our customer service is helpless, I disagree, and after looking over your communication with our team here feel assured in saying the support provided was appropriate relative to your inquiries. We do all we can for our customers. Unfortunately there are times when our capabilities may fall short of customer expectations, but of course will work in an effort to come to an amicable and agreeable resolution within our means.
Thank you for pointing folks towards our shipping calculator, as we advise all of our customers, or prospective customers, to utilize that tool when preparing an order or a shipment. The costs reflected through that speak to the estimated carrier costs for a shipment through data integration, and will only show prices based on the information entered into the fields. As has always been the case, folks are welcome to gather estimates through other companies they want to explore, or through the carriers themselves if they are looking to arrange shipments through them directly. While DHL may be a more affordable option in your case, the same may not be true for others.
We are most certainly not a scam, and in fact would love to be able to continue assisting with your international forwarding needs, but respect your decision to pursue alternatives. My parcel was lost by Hermes. I submitted a claim, informed I had to wait for 28 days. I waited and waited. Nothing. Got in touch with customer service team (took three 15 mins calls as first two were answered with someone rustling a crisp packet or something similar then hanging up). I'm told they emailed me back with a 7 day deadline to respond. I didn't receive this. No follow up email or call, they just closed the case. Not interested in re-opening up, NO REFUND. They refuse to reopen or look at a new claim.
I'm told I can email the claims team but they probably won't even open the email.
Customer services can't help as it's closed.
AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE. Go and use another company.

Easy Was a little worried but up to now all going well!
This is the third shipment I've done with stackry and i'm obsessed with this service honestly saves so much money in the long run and is so cost efficient when you share it with friends.
Extremely easy and efficient! I was surprised at how quickly everything was organised - from the receipt of the package to the shipment.
The only one thing that I did not like it in my experience with Stackry that I should fill out the custom details for each tracking number of my shipments. I expected that stackry should handle it on behalf of me.
Answer: The restrictions are on these types of items are dependent on what country you are shipping to. It is always best to check with your local customs office on what can be shipped before shopping in the U.S. The specific restrictions will vary by country. For example on your list perfume has the tightest restrictions which are based on the ‘flash point’ of the perfume. Vitamins and supplements are widely shipped but some countries have very tight restrictions on specific ingredients. Stackry will ship most items that eligible to be shipped to your home
