My order cane incomplete! Stackry STOLE my packages and claim orders were delivered incomplete by the initial supplier! Needless to say, the WORST customer experience ever! These people piss you off and doesn't do their jobs right! They never replies to emails and they purposely keep you waiting on chat without giving you a proper response. DO NOT GET SCAMMED. Paid a huge sum to ship my packages and most items weren't even in there when delivered. THIEVES SITTING ON THRONES AT STACKRY!

The process was easy however it would be nice if there were cheaper shipping options. I thought I'd use Stackry to save on the shipping cost of an item I bought from eBay in USA being shipped to Australia. However the cheapest option on Stackry was double the original shipping amount of eBay's global shipping price! I would have been better off just paying for shipping directly through eBay. The original shipping cost through eBay was around $250 AUD however the cheapest shipping amount on Stackry was over $500 AUD! Please offer some cheaper shipping methods. Even if it takes longer, I would rather wait 3-4 weeks to receive an item than have to pay a lot more to receive the item within a week.

If the retailer ships to your country and you do not plan on consolidating with other orders, it may be less expensive to ship through the retailer. Hi Chandinee. Thank you for your feedback. Sorry to hear you did not have a good experience using our service. We understand it is frustrating to receive an incomplete shipment. I looked into your account history and see a complete investigation was performed by Stackry's claim department. This investigation included a review of the video footage of the consolidation. Based on our findings, it was discovered to be a retailer error. The video footage shows all items received at Stackry were packed into the consolidated box. Sufficient evidence was sent to you by the claims department to support this. Based on the conclusion, sadly the claim was denied and we respectfully ask you to inquire with the retailer. Perhaps the retailer will offer a refund or replacement items to fulfill the order you placed. Again we are very sorry this happened to your order, but please know we determined the mistake did not occur at Stackry.
