First shipment was smooth processing second time around package got lost for three weeks At warehouse before they shipped it out

We strive to ensure all packages are entered into the correct customer's accounts promptly. I investigated the issue described and see your most recent package was received at Stackry without the unit/locker # we assigned you. Unfortunately, this is outside of our control. Because many of our clients share the same name, any packages received where the locker number is missing are checked into a "lost and found" locker to be claimed by the rightful owner. I hope you can understand that this policy is in place to prevent items from being shipped to the wrong party and will consider revising your review. I've just used Stackry for the first time and I'm very pleased at the experience so far. I was notified a day after my package arrived at the facility that it was in my locker--with where I purchased it from informing me the day before. The process was really simple with only four steps required to ship the item out from my locker & it went really smoothly. Loved the option to re-pack the item if the original box was too big. Shipping was really affordable, too! If I had paid shipping from the original place my item came from (which they don't offer to the uk), it would have cost at least 2-3 times more. So happy with what it came to for the cheapest option. Will definitely be using Stackry again!
