I choosed shipping my items with boxes but you have empty the original boxes and dumped everything in one box with poor no packing at all while if kept in original boxes would be much better.
On the other side, the website or app require logging every time and you have disabled the password /id memory feature so i have to do id and password input manually every time i use the website or app. Also the app for android tablet is not available. Best regards

They held my package hostage and then demanded PHOTO ID to release after I already paid for the parcel. Contacted support for them to run me in a circle demanding identity. You are just lying saying that you are trying to protect yourself via my transaction but won't even accept another more secure payment like BTC. You guys are brain dead I can't believe you can run a scam like this
