I had a very pleasant experience using this platform, the rates are fair and the consolidation process as well as processing of the shipments is quite fast. The thing that stands out the most was the customer service that I received from Charles! I had an issue with a package and also needed extra assistance, he was the most helpful and quick in helping me. He picked up the support chat very quickly, we sorted out the problem fast and he was incredibly kind in the whole process. He really gave a boost to the image of the company in my eyes.
