I cannot tell you how amazing these guys are, I had never used a parcel company before so was initially unsure what to expect. Package was received and shipped out smoothly. Hope it gets to its final destination smoothly by airfreight carrier. I like that DHL was reasonable vs FedEx as I prefer their services more.

I cannot believe the ridiculously high shipping cost to Australia from the USA. This is my first time using your service, thought I would give it a go, but will be my last. $135 USD to ship a dress when most retailers in the US ship internationally for free. Most expensive I have ever encountered and I do a lot of international shopping. Never again!

WOW shipping to Australia is astronomical. The process is easy though.

A bit slow, but generally good as it gives good general instructions. Delivery is very pricey, and it said that I have given the wrong delivery address when I gave it exactly, it is the delivery service side's issue.

ان تكلفة الشحن يتم حسابها بناء على أبعاد ووزن الشحنة, حيثث يتم حساب الوزن الحجمي للشحنة ومن ثم مقارنته مع الوزن الحقيقي ( الوزن الحجمي يتم حسابه من خلال ضرب ابعاد الشحنة مع بعضها ومن ثم تقسيمها على معامل الشحن 166)
ويتم حساب تكلفة الشحن بناء على القيمة الاكبر, لان هذه الطريقة هي التي يتم محاسبتنا بها من قبل شراكائنا في شركات الشحن
ونحن نحاول ابقاء اسعارنا اقل مايمكن يما يتناسب مع نوعية الخدمة التي نقدمها,
بالنسبة للشحنة الخاصة بك فهي كانت ذات ابعاد كبيرة ( 38*29*4)
مماجعل الوزن الحجمي لها 27 باوند, وبالتالي تكلفة الشحنة تم حسابها بناء على قيمة 27 وهذا ما جعل تكلفة الشحن مرتفعة بعض الشئ,
