Great so far... however the dimensions of the item came up as 0 x 0 x 0. I couldn't figure out how to amend that before shipping so assumed there's just a default minimum based on weight or something otherwise it wouldn't have let me send?

SHIPMENT DECLARED VALUE, showing the item value, and this is wrong since im shipping the item to UAE and the the value should be 5%, im not sure if you mean by "SHIPMENT DECLARED VALUE" the customs fees.
And when pick repack i wanted to go step back to after pressing next but i was not able to do this.
The service was good and fast, i will recommend it to my friends
