للاسف الشحنة رقم *******906 كان التغليف سي وغير آمن ممن أدى إلى وصول لابتوب ميكروسوفت سورفيس به كسر في الشاشة كانت تكلفته ١٤٤ دولار بخلاف تكلفة شحنه
هناك تأخر في ظهور الطرود المستلمه في حسابي بشكل متكرر مما بأخر توقيت الشحن الى عنواني

ان ال 10 دولار كرصيد سالب تم وضعها في حسابك لانه في شحنتك كان هناك خيار التغليف الاضافي ذي ال 5 دولار, وعندما قمت بالغاء الشحنة هذه الرسوم يتم اضافتها الى حسابك معنا كرصيد سالب, وشحنتك تم الغائها مرتين, لذلك تم اضافة هذه الرسوم مرتين, وقد قمنا بالرد على الايملات التي ارستها, بالاضفة الى الرد على رسالة تويتر اللي ارسلتها ايضا, في تاريخ 21 من شهر فيبراير, واخبرناك انه تم وضع 10 دولار في حسابك تعويضا لك,
