From opening packages to consolidating them they have been great at not damaging them
It was great to see the image of my parcel. I felt like I made a good choice by putting my trust in you. This is the first time i done second hand parcel delivery type of thing. I hope my parcel arrives to my doorstep.
Promised discount made it difficult to obtain Not Happy
Pricing is still very expensive. Probably more expensive than shipping direct from the retailer in most cases with clothing due to weights. Stackry are not upfront about the pricing prior to committing (understand that everything is quoted by size or weight - but there needs to be examples)
The prices you guys are charging no longer makes sense for me to use your business

It's confusing how before confirming order, they include my 'address nickname' in the address details.
For just a shoe box it is expensive but I guess that is a standard rate for all international shipping. It would be great if stackry offer an option that allows cheaper shipping on individual items. Other than that, great service.
