Great service but not sure why I wasn't given shipping company options? Only DHL express option was given to me at the shipping process. I've always used FEDEX and believe that they would be abit cheaper than DHL express? Anyway thank you for all your help with this package.

I paid for a product that costed me roughly 56$. On literally every single other website the shipping fee from the US to Israel is $10-$20. But THIS?
78 DOLLARS? FOR A MEASLY 1.8KG? If I knew that that will be the shipping I never would have bought the product. Unacceptable, I will never use this service again.

You charge hazmat fee and don't disclose the item/s that draw the fee. Hazmat item should be disclosed to sender pre-consolidation, as you have the description. Sender should then be given option of discarding item for fee, or pay hazmat fee. I just paid hazmat fee and have no idea why. This is wrong...
Pretty easy, but we order a lot from Rockauto and their international fedex rates are 50% cheaper than yours. I would use your service a LOT more if your rates dropped...
