Please DO NOT purchase from this company! I purchased a Homecoming Dress for my daughter & when it arrived it was too large. I have had over 20 emails with the company and they insist that they can only give me a $20 refund and if I send the dress back there is "no guarantee" they will receive it so they can't guarantee a refund. I usually don't post reviews but now I'm stuck with a dress that doesn't fit and I can't get my money back.

I ordered the dress in a size 8, which is my usual size. I received an eight that did not fit at all. It was large in some places and small in others. I did online chat to file a ticket and then I got an email saying that I would be reimbursed $10 and I could sell the dress on the secondary market. I will advise everyone I know to never ever ever buy a dress from this company. I have several friends who are mothers of the bride and looking for bridesmaids dresses. This will be a company that I will completely X out. I am going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and likely file a claim in small claims court. How can this company been in business?

This dress was gorgeous on my sons girlfriend for prom. It fit perfectly. Make sure you measure yourself based on the guide given by them and your dress will fit because to my knowledge it's final sale. But it fit her and was a well made dress.

I was nervous, I was so nervous, ordering a wedding dress without even trying it on, stressed and all for nothing. The dress is AMAZING! The quality is unbelievable and it was custom made exactly to my size, great correspondence between customer service and I, arrived ahead of schedule and I couldn't have been happier. I paid a fraction of the price for a beautiful dress and I'm over the moon.

I am sorry that I ever bought a dress from this company for my daughter. She loved the dress from the picture on your website but it has been nothing but headache after headache since we bought the dress. The dress came late. The dress is cheaply made and has glitter that sheds all over the place all over the dress. I have tried to return the dress by following the return policy as posted on the website but the company has given me nothing but a countless number of emails about returning the dress. I will never buy anything from this company again and will tell everyone that I know to never buy anything from this company ever again. Stacees advertises a return policy that they do not want to honor. We are stuck with a cheap dress that we paid $130 for and the company won't take it back

Packaging was outstanding to protect during delivery and expertise folding as minimal creases to have to deal with once opened at home.
