I ordered a wedding dress which didn't fit. It was eligible for returns however they told me to have it altered. When I declined, they offered me $30 (for a $207dress) and told me to find another buyer.
When I emailed them again, they just copy my message and paste it in their return message.
I am working with my bank to reverse the charge at this time.

This was a perfect dress for a vow renewal! It was made and arrived in a timely manner, it fit perfectly, and it was beautiful! I haven't been in a dress shop to accurately give a quality rating of the material, but it did seem a little delicate on the lace part so I just tried to be careful not to snag it. The only thing I didn't like was the cups inside the dress, they didn't do much at all and so I had to wear a bra and risk that showing in some photos but not a big deal.
I was hesitant ordering online from what appeared to be a more affordable option, but I did enough looking online and on their social media accounts to feel comfortable enough to risk ordering. I'm happy with my decision to order from Stacees!
