I ordered a dress off of this website for homecoming based off the size chart offered on the website. I received the dress and it was way too small for me and attempted to return the dress. They will not respond to my emails and are not offering me and return address or refund. Please stay away from this website.

My daughter couldn't find a dress to suit or fit so we decided to order one fitted from Stacees. We were worried as we didn't know anyone who had bought from here. The dress was beautiful and was a perfect fit although it did arrive just 2 weeks before the Prom so I would buy 3 months before if you are getting it fitted.
We live in Scotland.

I have to say I was absolutely delighted with the dress and the service. I had hesitated to order from the site after reading the reviews but the dresses were all so lovely I decided to risk it.

My order was a custom order and it fit perfectly. It came much quicker than expected and I was kept informed every step of the way.
The dress was for me to wear as mother of the bride at my daughter's wedding in Greece and I got so many lovely compliments everyone thought it was fabulous.

I will definitely be ordering from you again and have told everyone I know to shop there too for their special occasions.

We ordered my daughters prom dress from Stacees after reading through the positive reviews online. The dress exceeded all of our expectations and my daughter was over the moon.

I was very hesitant to order my daughter's prom dress from here but couldn't pay the ridiculous prices in UK shops and my friend had a great experience so I went ahead. I was very glad I did! The dress was just as beautiful as the pics online and it fit my daughter like a glove (per measurements given.) The company emailed with updates along the way and we received the dress a week or so earlier than expected (but we did order April time so we knew she'd have her dress in plenty of time). I'd definitely recommend this site.

The service and quality of the dress was equal if not better than the overpriced dress shops.

Let me start off with saying this site had the MOST accommodating and amazing customer service! I was floored. Long story short, my original wedding dress (from another shop/store I forgot to specify, so I edited this in; I don't want them thinking they messed something up cause they absolutely did NOT) arrived an absolute disaster only a MONTH before my wedding (Friday the 13th, October, 2023). It came in a completely wrong color, wrong fabric, botched basically in a couple more ways, and I was scrambling to find a new dress. A couple people in a bridal Facebook group recommended here. So after messaging with their online chat a couple times, moving around my budget a little, and figuring out measurements, I ordered! I went a size up in case, since tulle can be restricting, and ended up having to pin my straps in the back and my waistline. I paid extra for rush ship and rush tailoring, and they held to it; even got it done EARLY! My dress arrived in like 7-8 days instead of 10-12! Great quality, amazing attention to detail (even with all my additional wanted requests like a button back with zipper under instead of corset and different hollow to hem height), and was lightweight. If I ever need a formal dress or hear someone else does, I will recommend here! Bravo!

Stacee's will not abide by their stated return policy (full refund if initiated in 14 days) but rather has continued to string me along for 14 days now with suggestions that I try to resell the dress and they will give me $15 (for a $100 dress) if I don't return it. Customer service is chatbots and unhelpful people that don't answer my questions via the email helpdesk but rather come back each time with some horrible compromise instead of a full return. I would highly discourage anyone from using the website if there is some chance of you not liking the item for whatever reason.

I loved this dress for my Valentine's photo shoot. It was such a pretty pale pink color, though they had other pinks to choose from. I was especially happy about the quality of the material and how it photographed so well! We go to Stacees for all our dress needs.
