We loved the dress. It was perfect for my daughter Winter Ball event and she looked beautiful. I appreciated the attention to details and being patient with us on the measurements. We had made errors initially and appreciated them picking it up. What they didn't know was I had just lost my mother so was having a hard time navigating the process with daughter in boarding school out of state.
Most definitely will come back when we need a formal dress again.

What a horrible experience! I didn't check the company ahead of time! My $200 fault! The dress came and wasn't awful. It didn't fit well but I did not give them measurements ahead of time like they asked. I ordered the standard size 10 which should have fit me. When I emailed them to let them know I wanted to return, I was asked to send them a picture of me in the dress Ummm no! Then they tried to sell me a second dress at a very cheap price and told me to sell this beautiful dress myself for a profit! They are professional scammers! I can't believe this company is allowed to continue their outright thievery!

The dress we ordered kept getting pushed back for shipping. We ordered it very early for prom and it wasn't delivered until after prom. When I contacted the company 3 weeks prior to prom they would not give me a firm answer on shipping

This web site is a scam. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from them. I ordered 2 dresses to try for my sons wedding. Stated on line and talked with person that if dresses did not fit properly, can be easily returned. They would never approve my return or give me the address for returns. THEY ARE A SCAM!

My daughter was going to be in a pageant and we order a dress from Stacees. The customer service was amazing making the ordering process easy. I ordered my dress for prom last year and custom sized it, when it came it fit just right, I never went to prom last year though and I don't like how it fits me now but that's besides the point, when I got the dress I was in love with it!

From the time i ordered i was kept up to date with packing to dispatching and delivering was also emailed for measurements to make sure the right size was ordered.
The dress is beautiful and for just over £100 quid i'm glad i took the risk wasn't sure what the quality would be like but it is stunning so glad i didn't have to by a £300 dress as this is for prom and will probably only get worn once maybe twice.

I ordered my wedding dress from here and was furious when it didn't fit properly. I sent in all my measurements correctly. They got the length totally wrong as well and didn't listen to what I was telling them. I asked for a refund and they said they could only give me a "discount" on a new dress. Don't waste your money!

I have been begging for days to please honor their return policy. My dress did not fit and also after trying it on it was clear the skirts would be too heavy for me. I have been back and forth for days in emails. They even asked me to send a PICTURE of me in the dress that wouldn't fit! Then apologized for being inappropriate. I was told I would have to pay for shipping back and I should just take a $25 refund! Do not order from them if you want your money back as they promise if the dress doesn't work! I will amend my review if they make this right, but as of now I have a dress that does not zip and I can not ever use that I spent a good bit of money on.
