This dress was absolutely gorgeous and I am very happy with the result. The colour is exactly the same as in the picture and the quality of the material was very good. The detailing and beading on the bodice gave a lovely finish. It is a well-made dress, not flimsy or poor quality material and well worth the price but isn't too overpriced considering the level of quality you get. Customer service was great too, the team kept in contact with me and made sure I was content with my dress and made adjustments according to what I wanted - for example making the dress without the leg split. Would recommend STACEES and this dress in particular is very flattering.

I purchased a bridesmaids dress and checked all the measurements before order. Once the dress arrived the quality was really poor and stitching undone in various places so it was totally unacceptable quality to use. I immediately raised a ticket with them and sent them photo's. They have refused to provide me with a returns address, only offering me £20 credit. Absolutely disgusting service! I have been emailing back and forth with them for weeks now, and they keep telling me the dress is good, totally ignoring my requests to return for a full refund. They are nothing but scammers taking your money and sending poor quality dresses. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND AVOID THEM - THERE IS NO RETURNS SERVICE!
I will be reporting them to trading standards as it appears they treat all their customers like this. I have also raised a dispute via my bank as i am not willing to let this go.

First off, they did a wonderful job of completing the custom order dress of my daughter's prom with a tight deadline for arrival. The dress arrived the day before the prom and fit her wonderfully. She loved it and received loads of compliments about it. She even recommended Stacees to a lot of her friends.

I WAS LOOKING ON INTERNET FOR A DRESS FOR MY WEDDING. I ORIGINALY ORDER A SIZE 10 DRESS, THINKING I WOULD NEED TO HAVE IT ALTERED. They assured me when I ordered that I could return the dress for a refund. Then when I tried to do so they offered me $20 to keep the dress saying that the return was too difficult and that they would need to charge me for entry fees, etc. It took many emails and calls and in the end I had to settle for $80 to keep the dress- which did not fit. I gave up trying to fight them, even with email proof that they would refund the full $ (minus shipping). Do not believe them that you can return it! The dress was too big despite giving them measurements.

I bought a dress from here for a highschool formal and I was extremely happy with it. The dress was a perfect match to the photo, it fit very well and shipping was reasonably quick (about 2 weeks). Only problem I had was due to the material it snagged a little by the end of the night but overall, the dress was an amazing price for its quality and it I would 100% recommend this website to others looking for a beautiful dress for special occasions.
The dress turned out so beautifully, shipped according to the expected amount of time, and the tailoring was done perfectly. The color was also perfect and it made me look great. It's too beautiful of a dress to only wear once so I plan on wearing it for next year's prom, as well. Thank you Stacees!
