We ordered my daughter's junior prom dress last year and it arrived very quickly. It was shipped beautifully and easily unpacked and hung up. We simply ran a steamer over the dress before use. The only negative was that there was a "train", that was too long and was getting caught up and "in the way". I did take it to a tailor to see if we could get it bustled, which was done and somewhat helpful. Other than that, it fit her perfectly and she looked beautiful. She could not have been happier.

I ordered a dress for my daughter's wedding and needed in a size up and they would not give me a return address. Suggested I keep the dress and sell it after I had already ordered the larger dress now they will not let me cancel the second dress order. I stopped payment on the order and received an email from them saying that they can't refund me until I stop my dispute and send them a picture of the second dress that I don't have yet. So now I am stuck with one dress that doesn't fit me and no refund of the partial payment of the second one that they still have.

Looked amazing and fit perfectly I didn't have to get it tailored. I sent i my measurements and got it spot on. The only downside is the glitter wasn't very secure on the dress. Easy fall out.

My dress arrived, looked every bit as beautiful as the photos showed. I was really nervous about the fit but I'm a standard size 12 ( 5ft 6 & 9 st 3) and it fitted perfectly and can by drawn in with the ribbon to fit as loose or tight as you wish. I'm so happy. I know some people have had a negative experience but I certainly didn't. Arrived on time too. The packaging made it look a bit unexciting, but that's just for shipping, take it out, fluff it up and hang up and it looks stunning. Haven't attached a photo as it's not my wedding day till April and my husband to be obviously hadn't seen it yet, so didn't seem right to put a photo of me in it on here. I was very anxious to order this dress online from this website. My daughter wanted a dress very similar that was made by sheeri Hill but I could not afford the $900 price tag. I found the same exact dress online from this website stacees.com for fractions of the cost. I placed my order and waited the 3 weeks until it arrived wondering if I messed up by placing the order. It came in and we were extremely pleased with the quality of the dress. My friends and family couldn't even tell the difference between the sherri hill dress that was 900 vs this dress I ordered. The inner bra lining was actually better than the sherri hill dress. This dress was a 10 out of 10 and I would definitely recommend to anyone who is worried or anxious about ordering from this site like I was to order from this site. You won't regret it.

I ordered a size 8 wedding dress.It was expensive.Tried it on didn't fit.I sent a email.They REFUSED to send me a return label and address and refund my money.I had to order a size 14.We will see.I contacted my bank anyways.Dont advertise a return on your website then try to cheat people out of money.I got my bank involved,they will be investigating Stacees.I am getting my refund one way or another.Find a another site ladies.They will cheat you out of your money if they can.They ruined wedding dress shopping for me.

I purchased two gowns from Stacees. Prior to my purchase, I confirmed with their customer service that should the dresses not work for me, I could return them for a full refund (minus shipping costs). Unfortunately, the dresses did not work for me. I requested a refund and they told me to sell them myself. When I told him I preferred to return them, they stopped responding to me. I reached out two more times, and I got no response from them. Do not buy from Stacees - they are a SCAM. I am now stuck with two gowns I can't wear. I ended up purchasing from Azazie, who has been wonderfully responsive!

Easy to order, fast delivery, just like pictures. Very happy.

I ordered a dress for my daughter's sweet 16. I sent in her measurements so it could be "tailored" to her fit. Unfortunately, when it arrived, it was way too long, and the cup sizes were enormous. I emailed immediately with photos. Their first response said, if you pay us an additional $70, we'll make another dress without needing to return the first dress. The rep even said, you could even sell the one you have! I had no interest in that option. Why would I give them additional money for a new dress, when the dress I have does not fit. I've been getting the run around since. I asked for a partial reimbursement to cover the costs of alterations, and they declined, only offering a refund of $70 at most. I even checked on their return policy prior to ordering, and they indicated that if the dress did not fit I could send it back, and that they would make it right. They haven't. Save yourself the stress.

This experience was amazing. I ordered the dress a few weeks before prom, and I wasn't sure it was going to get here in time. But thanks to the virtual assistance they assured me it will arrive on time. I also gave them my exact measurements for my dress and it came perfect! Wouldn't change it for the world. Thank you.

My daughter ordered a beautiful dress for prom at a fraction of the price most of her friends paid for off the shelf options. She ended up not needing alteration from the typical sizing but at Stacee's I love that cost effective dresses are made to order to custom sizes without extra cost. Everyone asks where we found it and is amazed we got such a high quality item online. Thanks for a great experience! We'll be back to shop for Senior Prom this year.

I had submitted the wrong measurement for my daughter and they reached out to me to double check to see if it was correct then helped me figure out what I did wrong. The dress came and fit perfectly and was absolutely beautiful!
