The dress ordered doesn't even remotely resemble the dress pictured! After 7 attempts to contact via email, their website help. And chat, they are still REFUSING TO PROVIDE return instructions! Just giving me the run around. The dresses are CHEAP AND EMBARASSING!

I ordered my daughter's prom dress from Stacees and we are in love with it! I was scared to order a dress online from a store I never heard of but I went ahead and took the chance. I was looking for a dress prom dress and i was looking through several options but i looked on here and i ended up getting a custom size. Getting the custom size was perfect because i am 5'0 and i needed a shorter dress and this was it. The dress was perfect and baby pink.
My dress is very pretty, a great length and fits fairly well. The only two issues I have are with the sleeves and the ribbon used to lace it up. The sleeves are extremely tight and I am unable to move my arms up, and it's not something that can be mended. It's good that they are short, but in the future I think a stretchable fabric should be used or the sleeves should be made looser in general. Second, the ribbon is far too long. Even when fully laced and tied, the dress goes past my feet and pools on the floor. Other than those two things, the dress is lovely.

It is exactly what we ordered, the dress is very well made, the material and colour are gorgeous and exactly as described!
We decided on customised sizing for the dress and it fits perfectly! We also requested a change in the dresses train and to add a split via the additional requirements box, both of these changes were made at no extra charge. The communication with this business was impeccable and they were very helpful with advice on the additional requirements!

I was highly pleased with their service. I entered the wrong address because I had just moved back in Dec. 2023 so they changed the address and I got my step daughter dress in time for her Senior prom.
