The dress is very poofy just what I wanted! And the color is amazing and so pretty! The only problem which was my fault was that the sleeve that's connected to the top and not the tie up popped off and broke but that's my bad I was getting a piggy back ride cause my feet hurt so bad from my heels. But overall the quality is mwah I love this dress can't wait to wear it again for my theature awards ceremony!

I was hesitant about ordering a prom dress online for my daughter especially since I had to custom order her size. It came in and it was absolutely beautiful and fit her perfectly. I would definitely recommend ordering from Stacees. The only thing the colour is not as dark as my daughter thought it would be(she ordered burgundy), that being said she still really love the dress.

We ordered a dress for an event on May 4th, with an arrival date of April 28th to May 1st.
I hadn't received updates in a week and reached out, 3x to get a confirmation on the arrival date. I reiterated that the Prom was May 4th and the arrival date was guaranteed between 4/28 and May 1st. After my 3rd email, they replied "Your dress will arrive sometime between the 8th and 15th!" As if they had disregarded the event date. Communication is extremly poor, I have no idea about the qualify but they don't follow through on arrival dates, with special event dresses, this is an important piece.
This company is based out of China, not the UK as is indicated on their website.
