My daughter's prom dress surpassed all expectations! As a pear shaped plus sized person, it's hard to find a dress. The customization option provided made all the difference. The material was nice and thick and sturdy but still absolutely gorgeous and flowed beautifully.

I bought a dress for prom and it looks gorgeous. The issue was with the pad being too small. I didn't have enough time to get it fixed because it came 3 or 4 days before my prom. So, I got a new dress from a local store. When I contacted costumer service about a return, because it was standard size and seemed to meet return requirements. They asked me to send pictures, which I did. They have yet to answer me and it has been over 3 weeks since I have heard anything. I had contacted them a few days after getting the dress, so it was within the two week period for returns. I have sent two more messages since then, but still have not gotten a response. The dress was around $180 with shipping and The new dress I had to rush to get was closer to $400.

Don't do it!
Keep looking! Delivery dates are not correct, ordered a month before the event and they could not update me on the shipping date, tried canceling. They will answer your emails. Finally got in contact with someone in their Instagram and said that I needed ti wait for it to arrive and then return. Yeah good luck with that! Submitted a ticket and they have yet to respond.
The dress is not even that nice! Trust me it's not worth the headache!

The dress is very poofy just what I wanted! And the color is amazing and so pretty! The only problem which was my fault was that the sleeve that's connected to the top and not the tie up popped off and broke but that's my bad I was getting a piggy back ride cause my feet hurt so bad from my heels. But overall the quality is mwah I love this dress can't wait to wear it again for my theature awards ceremony!
