We were a bit nervous ordering from an online store for my daughters senior prom, but the dress she wanted was over $800 at a bridal store, and after alterations, would be over $1000…she found one similar, but better on Stacees site, for under $300, so we took the chance. And man, it is perfect! So many details, and just gorgeous and of such quality. Even the flowers are each hand sewn on! We did have to have it slightly altered, and even the lady doing the alterations said what a high quality gown! And saved us SO much! I HIGHLY recommend this company. Truly! I read some of the negative reviews, and glad we didn't listen!

Their website and ads say specifically say ""Return policy 1) Worry-free returns are available for all standard sizes within 14 days. Custom sizes are final sale." It is clear there are standard sizes, which we ordered, a size 4, and "custom sizes" which we did not order. We ordered standard size, from their standard color palate, the "Regency purple" with absolutely no custom specification. We got a blueish-purple that was not the right color & we did not like it at all. The fabric is atrocious, very abrasive and scratchy - like a costume shop NOT AT ALL the luxurious looking fabrics they display on the website photos. They are charging top dollar - we actually found what we really wanted in a gorgeous fabric and a lovely color at Macy's and paid $75 LESS than we paid to these scammers! All that said, we took it out of the package, said "Oh no" tried it on just in case, and within a few hours of getting it filed the return request. It has been over a month now and still NO return slip or refund has been provided to us. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Stacees was very accommodating and had our custom sized dress to us in plenty of time for the event. We did have to make some very minor alterations to get the fit just right however I anticipated this due to my daughters being very petit. We would definitely order again.

This dress was ordered for my daughter with the hope that it would fit enough for minor alterations. Customer Service reached out right away to verify measurements and heel size to ensure a good fit. I felt more at ease but still a little hesitant as you never know what you may get when ordering online. The dress is absolutely gorgeous, the quality of material exceeds expectations, the color is just write and the fit is perfect, there is no need for alterations at all, even the bodice and length are perfect. Ordered a dress for my daughters prom. Paid the extra for quicker shipping. It arrived in time frame provided and was triple bagged as well as inside out for shipping protection. That was impressive and couldn't wait to see the quality since it was our first order. Happy with the quality and only had to have dress taken in a little at the waist for a more tailored fit. My daughter is 5' 11" and the length was perfect for her with 2" heels. Extremely happy with the quality, service, and the dress! I'll be getting more dresses in the future as I have two daughters.
