They say they accept returns but they don't, they just keep your money. I have been trying for two weeks to return it but they can't even give me an address. It is a scam.
We were having trouble finding a dress for prom. My daughter found the perfect dress on Stacees. We chose to order a little bigger than her measurements just in case. It arrived and was even more beautiful than online! We took it to a seamstress to have it altered slightly. It works out perfectly for prom and received so many compliments. Beautiful dress that came out wonderfully. Only comments: it was slightly lighter than color pictured, I had to stitch the strap that was coming apart, and it was about a week later than expected due to a shipping hold/delay (so order well in advance).

My daughter picked this dress out all on her own for her Junior Prom. We both loved it from first glance. The online ordering experience was supurb, I was able to enter her size, include details, select the color, and order with ease. They were quick to respond back with questions about exact measurements, which I provided, and updates on times it would take for alterations and shipping. I was unsure if purchasing my daughter's prom dress online, but I have nothing but good things to say about this dress! She was complimented all night and look absolutely gorgeous. The customer service was great and the dress fit perfectly. I'll definitely be a returning customer. Make sure to give it time to arrive, it took about 3 weeks to receive it, but it was made to her measurements, so I expected it to take some time.

I received the dress but it has the beginning of a tear where the zip is, it's not very well made. I have repeatedly asked for a full refund and offered to send the dress back. I get random replies "we don't refund if the size is wrong" or "as a gesture of good will you can buy one more dress for £50". All I want is a full refund for a faulty dress!

For junior prom last year, we ordered from another site and, even with my daughter's measurements, it was a terrible fit and we spent more on alterations than on the dress itself.:(
This year for senior prom, we sent her measurements to Stacee's and it is PERFECT. They double-checked what we wanted for length and reassured us that we wouldn't need to do any alterations and they were right. Highly recommend paying the small fee for custom sizing and then you'll get the dress you need right from the start.

This has got to be the worst experience I've ever had in order online. Ordered a dress for my son's upcoming wedding. They asked for measurements so I went and got fitted from a seamstress although I already had my size (wanted to be sure). They sent an email basically saying it was too late they have already started working on the dress (lies), it was only 1 day when i sent measurements. The dress took forever to arrive and upon arrival I couldn't even put the dress on and it was also too short. They claim they add 2 additional inches for length, NOT. I also added 2 additional inches so that should have been 4 additional inches. I will never ever shop or recommend anyone shop here. Customer service also stinks. Run far away from this place. They asked for a picture that i can't send because can't even get it on. Stay away!
