This was the first time I ordered from Stacees, I ordered my daughter's junior prom dress. We were nervous about ordering her prom dress online, and nervous that it wouldn't get here on time. It arrived three days before prom and when she tried it on all of my worries vanished. It was absolutely STUNNING. It fit her body perfectly, it was well made, it was heavy feeling (meaning not cheap feeling). My daughter is pretty tall, over 5'8" so we asked that it be a few inches longer for her. That request was done flawlessly. So impressed & we will definitely be ordering her senior prom dress from Stacees.

I was very nervous ordering my daughters prom dress online and procrastinated on doing it. I finally decided to just do it and actually ordered her dress about a month before prom. We ordered one of the standard sizes and then the next morning decided to send exact measurements. I was a nervous wreck about it arriving in time but was assured that we would get it. The dress arrived the day before the dance and fit perfectly. We will purchase from here again, but not wait until the last minute.

To be honest I wasn't sure about ordering an evening dress online without looking at the real product / trying it. I decided to give it a go as the price is really affordable. I purchased the customised size and it fits like gloves. Colour looks amazing and the quality is much better than what I expected! It feels premium and even comes with silky liner. Really surprised with the dress I received and please give it a go if you're still considering :)

I ordered a dress in a regular size to ensure I could return if it there were any issues. The dress they sent was obviously the wrong color. I ordered champagne and they sent me gold (VERY obviously gold... I showed 4 different people separately, and without me saying anything, they said "That's not champagne, that's gold"). I wrote to Stacee's and provided them a picture, just asking for them to replace the item. They have repeatedly responded in broken English telling me that they sent the right color and that I would need to pay for return shipping, which goes against their written policy that if they make a mistake with the item, they would cover the return shipping. Note that they have both gold and champagne material listed as options, so they obviously sent the wrong color but want to claim it's just a variance in online vs. actual material. The dress received is absolutely NOT the correct color, and they have repeatedly told me I should just keep the dress and forget about trying to return it. Attached are a photo of the dress received vs the color shown online.

Stacees kept me updated every step of the way. I never had to wonder about order status. The dress and material is of good quality. Dress exactly how it's shown in photo. I went up a size and the dress fit perfectly. Stacees had the best price for the dress as well and it was worth it!

Ordering was easy. I was contacted twice to confirm my measurements. I was worried about Ordering online, not so much about the fit but on the quality. I really had nothing to worry about because the quality was excellent and far exceeded my expectations. Although I had it custom made it was a little too big and a little too long, so I'm having to get it altered. But even with the cost of alterations it's still far less than I'd have paid from a wedding dress shop. The dress was absolutely beautiful and I can't wait to wear it for my civil wedding. Paid $174 for a prom dress that wasn't the same design or fit when it was delivered. I followed all their return policy requests and when they finally responded after contacting paypal 3 weeks later, offered $70 for us to keep the dress and then another week later they finally offered 70% of the full amount to ship it back. Already escalated the issue with PayPal.
