I ordered from Stacee's initially because my daughter wanted a very specific color and fell in love with a dress she saw online. I've always been a little uneasy about online ordering but man oh man! I wore this dress to prom and it was amazing and beautiful a few things I didn't like about it was that, the glitter was constantly falling off the dress and everywhere, and, the fabric used for the straps and where you lace up the dress is a horrible material, it made the dress so uncomfortable I couldn't wait to take it off.

I bought the stress to wear for my daughter's wedding. I can't even begin to describe how it sparkled! It was probably the most comfortable dress I've ever purchased. I bought the charcoal grey. I received numerous compliments during the wedding reception. Do not hesitate, this dress is stunning!

They send you the dress but you will never ever see a penny if you request a refund. Their ticket service to request a refund does not work by their own admission, they do not answer the phone and you have to find the correct email. Once you manage to navigate through this you are in for a two week long communication just to hear they will close your request. They asked me to provide proof of communication with the 14days which I have. Their system is down and they still do not take responsability. It's a complete fraud.

Great experience. The dress came perfect to size. Custom to our measurements we sent. In fact we accidentally sent one wrong measurement and they caught it before we did.

My daughter fell in LOVE with the dress online. We were a bit skeptical about ordering one online, but were thrilled when it came. My only suggestion would be to make straps adjustable. We custom ordered the size because she's on the petite side. We'll definitely be ordering her prom dress for next year too!

This "company" is a scam and I do not understand how they are trading in the UK (I have reported them to Trading Standards as well). I will go on every single website i can to write a review as I want people to avoid the nightmare that I have had and the amount of money that currently i have lost. I intend to get my money back and will keep arguing with them.
They sent out poor quality dresses in cheap fabric in the wrong colour. Do yourself a favour and never purchase from them. They look legitimate. I checked their returns policy as I was nervous about ordering online for such a special occasion - it was all lies. Their returns policy is a complete lie and they don't follow it, they almost mock you for thinking it was true. I wish I'd read reviews before I ordered. Please please DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM

2nd year using Stacee's my girls are hight challenged at 5'2" and 5'3". Last year one dress came from another company and had to be altered. Stacee's stepped in before our transaction both years and made sure we got the help needed to make a perfect fit. Both years! Thank you for making such perfect dresses!
