My daughter picked this dress and i must say it looked like the photos. I loved it...she was so beautiful. I would size up because her dress was smaller even with the measurements i sent in. The customer service was excellent. Will be ordering again.

My daughter wanted an orange prom dress and Stacees delivered. The dress is beautiful and exactly what she was looking for. The website is very helpful with measurements for sizing and bare minimal alterations required (just a slight shortening).

The dress itself was very pretty I did do alterations in the website, but it ending up being to big so be aware. It came in with plenty of time to do other alterations needed. So all in all, it was a beautiful dress and would buy from Stacees again.

The dress we ordered was a custom dress. When we received everything looked great until my daughter tried it on with shoes and it was uneven. We asked if it could be fixed and we were told it was too short of notice and they wouldn't do it. They suggested we take it to a local tailor. The quality of the fabric was very poor. I'm would not recommend staycees. Shop at a local mall or dress shop.

I wasn't expecting to have as good of an experience as we did since this is an online company which is also out of the country. Usually when that's been the case, the customer service is lacking but in this case, the customer service was not bad at all. I was off on a measurement that I gave and the company messaged me to let me know. The dress was surprisingly very well fit. The quality was excellent. The color was a bit lighter than we thought it would be but still not bad enough to send back so I can't comment on how that process would have been since fortunately we didn't need to do that. The company genuinely seemed to want our satisfaction. My daughter was beautiful on her special night and we would definitely use the service again and have recommended it to friends already.

My daughter is a classic hourglass shape, so it is difficult to find dresses that compliment her figure. We have ordered from Stacees before and I only had to do minor alterations to the dress. This time around she wanted something that I knew would be hard to scale to her measurements. Let me say at this point that I am a seamstress by trade, so I know what can and can't be altered. Well based on all of this, we were delighted to find that they have a customization option! I put in her measurements and two weeks later we were in possession of a gorgeous prom dress. I only had to tweak a few seams and it fit to perfection. The quality of the dresses we have purchased over the last couple of years have been wonderful—easy to alter and customize. I have told many young ladies and mothers about Stacey's.

Great value. It was fairly long and we did have the train removed when we had it shortened, but the overall fit was perfect. My daughter is 5'4", 105# and we ordered a size 2. I ordered a dress for a wedding. It was getting close to the date so I emailed them to find out where the dresses were. I received an email shifting the delivery date later. I told them not to bother shipping the dress unless they could deliver before the date I had to leave for the out of town wedding. Three datys later (on the drop dead date that I needed the dressed in my hands), they shipped the dresses knowing it was already too late. I emailed them from the wedding stating that I was at the wedding and the dress had not arrived. I did not receive a return authorization despite contacting them again after receiving the dress. Now they are refusing to send the return authorization because I did not contact them yet again. They take no responsibility for their failure to deliver on time.

I ordered from Stacee's initially because my daughter wanted a very specific color and fell in love with a dress she saw online. I've always been a little uneasy about online ordering but man oh man! I wore this dress to prom and it was amazing and beautiful a few things I didn't like about it was that, the glitter was constantly falling off the dress and everywhere, and, the fabric used for the straps and where you lace up the dress is a horrible material, it made the dress so uncomfortable I couldn't wait to take it off.
