Great customer service. Dress exactly as pictured.
This "company" is a scam and I do not understand how they are trading in the UK (I have reported them to Trading Standards as well). I will go on every single website i can to write a review as I want people to avoid the nightmare that I have had and the amount of money that currently i have lost. I intend to get my money back and will keep arguing with them.
They sent out poor quality dresses in cheap fabric in the wrong colour. Do yourself a favour and never purchase from them. They look legitimate. I checked their returns policy as I was nervous about ordering online for such a special occasion - it was all lies. Their returns policy is a complete lie and they don't follow it, they almost mock you for thinking it was true. I wish I'd read reviews before I ordered. Please please DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM

2nd year using Stacee's my girls are hight challenged at 5'2" and 5'3". Last year one dress came from another company and had to be altered. Stacee's stepped in before our transaction both years and made sure we got the help needed to make a perfect fit. Both years! Thank you for making such perfect dresses!

They did not provide tracking numbers. They did not arrive on time and did not arrive within 14 day window to be able to try them on and return if unsatisfied. They would not give me any type of refund. The zipper on one of the dresses was too small, it couldn't even zip up due to stiffness of material. Do NOT buy from this company. Huge waste of my money.

I bought this dress for my daughter's prom. We went with the standard size 0 and then customer service reached out to be sure we didn't want to provide measurements. My daughter's measurements are almost exact to the standard size but she is short so we provided her hollow to floor measurement. It arrived within expected timeframe, with an absolutely perfect fit and the embroidery is absolutely beautiful. My daughter didn't want anything with sequins or sparkles and this met her taste perfectly. The train is fairly long and needed to be bustled - brought it to a local seamstress and she did this for us without a problem. We went with a bustle up under the dress, rather than up over the outside. It otherwise needed no alterations.
Found a parasol online that perfectly coordinated with the dress. We received so many complements about the dress and overall look. Very happy!

My daughter had her senior prom this year. She is a large girl 22-24 in prom gowns. After going through multiple boutiques she was heartbroken to find so little to chose from that didn't look like an old shower curtain. Then we found the Stacees website. They had a huge selection and would custom fit to our measurements. We were skeptical at first, great dress? Low cost?, but we took a chance. This was the best decision! The dress was all we hoped for and more. They made the dress to fit instead of a standard size that would require alterations. It was just like the photos. The price couldn't be beat. I wish we had known about Stacees 2 years ago! We will definitely be using them again.

There were so many dresses to choose from - my daughter was able to find the perfect dress for prom. We picked the size that most suited her, then we responded to a Stacees email with her exact measurements, but still, with my daughter not being true to size, and on the shorter side, I had doubts. When she received the dress and tried it on, it fit perfectly and she looked great! And what a good quality dress for a reasonable price! I actually was very skeptical when my daughter told me about Stacees, but the whole process was so easy and we could not have been more happy with the results!

I was nervous about ordering a custom dress online as I had never before done that. I received the dress within the time frame that they promised and it was absolutely beautiful. I got so many compliments when I wore it for my son's wedding. People said 'it looks like it was made for you" lol.
