We ordered this dress, it did not arrive in a timely manner for our event. We didn't open the package right away because we couldn't use it anyways because it arrived after our event. When we finally opened it, we found that the "Stacee" bag and dress was damaged.
When we tried to return it and emailed the company, we were told that we were over the 14 days return period, unbeknownst to us (Took over 3 weeks to even get here). When I explained that the dress came too late and was damaged when package was opened, they refused to accept return, offered 10% off next order. Like we would ever order from such a cheap, low-quality, horrible customer service establishment again.
9 emails later, same situation. Contacted my bank and listed them as a fraudulent company as well as contacting econsumer.gov and reporting them for deceptive business practices.
Even if the dress did not come damaged, the quality was horrible.
I would NOT do business with this shady store ever again.

I chatted with somebody on the website to get an idea on the color and fitting of the different styles and dresses which helped me a lot. Shipping was easy and quick, I bought my dress a month in advance just in case and it came in two weeks :) it fit really nicely and the communication about my dress was lovely. One of the straps felt longer than the other though so I decided to tuck it in, overall it was great!
I waited 1 week to receive my dress after placing my first order, my custom measurements were fenomenal and surpassed my expectations. Very recommended for their price, speed, and quality of fabric.

Buyer Beware - please avid this Company at all costs. They will fight you all day on a return, over you like $30 and ask you to then try and sell it on your own. Horrible service, please avoid this Company at all costs! There are too many better alternatives! Beware of any Company that locks their reviews after they run up their score. The 4.8 is made up and now locked.

This China based company is a total scam! I ordered two standard size dresses that were nowhere close to the stated size. When I tried to return the dresses, that had never been worn, and with tags on, the company continually tried to state that it was "too difficult to return them" and I should consider keeping the dresses and trying to resell them myself! I will never buy from them again and would highly recommend purchasing from a reputable company. This company will take your money and give you a low quality product!
