I decided to go for the tailored dress but sent a wrong measurement.
They queried it as the dress would have been really short and reassured me it would be done with the correct measurements.
The delivery time was as they said.

I am sending another review because of the significant issues we have had with the bridesmaid dress.
1. My daughter purchased a bridesmaid dress in August, and returned the dress within the 15 day window per Stacees policies. There were no alterations or modifications to the dress.
2. She contacted the company, and they essentially gave her the run around, with no refund.
3. I (mom) got involved, and tried to be reasonable with my emails regarding receiving the refund.
4. They eventually said if I returned the dress, we would receive the refund. Keep in mind the dress is $150, and it cost us $30 to send the dress back on September 14th.
5. It is now October 19th, and Stacees "can't find" the refund. I had the package tracked, and I have proof that it was returned to the address Stacees provided.
This is absolutely the worst purchase/return we have ever encountered. And I never take the time to send poor reviews. Sadly we will most likely never receive any of our refund. This is warning to ANYONE before they ever consider this company. They are located overseas, I think Hong Kong. You will never receive your money.
10/21/2024: The responses by Stacees are completely hollow. There is no truth to their words. If they would just refund us our money, then we would update with positive information. But no, no refund. We are out a total of $180.00.

My daughter ordered a bridesmaid dress per the bride's wishes with Stacees. She didn't have it altered or modified in anyway. She received the item and it didn't fit so she attempted to return it per the 15 day window per Stacees own policies. They have refused to even give her the information to refund the dress, and they have attempted to offer her $30 to keep the dress when the dress cost her $150.00.
This is not only poor business practice, but the company won't stand behind their own policies. I will never recommend this business again, and I will go out of my way to not recommend Stacees in the future.
09/01/2024: There has been no solution, and no offer on a refund. The dress has not been altered, and we have been working within the required 15 day window. We want a full refund for this dress, and so far Stacees has done nothing to remedy this situation.
09/27/2024: The company finally agreed to a refund, but I had to return the dress for an additional cost of $30. The dress was tracked and delivered on 09/14/2024. Now the company is saying they have not received the dress, despite a tracked delivery to the address given by Stacees. As of today, we HAVE NOT RECEIVED OUR REFUND. This is honestly the worst company we have ever worked with.
I bought a dress that was not fully completed. The seem below the zipper was not properly stitched. I needed the dress for a homecoming in three days. I tried very hard to find a seamstress who could fix it for me but nobody could in the short time frame. I had to buy another dress. I asked Stacees for a return. They say they accept returns and will fully refund (including shipping) but they do not. I paid $159 for a dress and they are offering to give me $40 to keep the dress. I have been in communication with them for over a week and all they keep saying is they worked hard on the dress and they'll lose money by refunding and paying for return. I have finally settled because I give up - they will not stand by their own return policy. AVOID this company!
