I tried to return a dress I ordered because it didn't fit right. I understand that I was just barely over the return deadline, but I was promised a discount/coupon, considering I have to re-order the same dress for a wedding. However, I never received the coupon or any follow-up. I think Stacee's return policy is a little too strict, especially considering that most purchases made or for bridesmaids dresses--which can be difficult to gage proper sizing online, even with a "sizing chart." For the price point and importance of these one-time dresses, the return policy should be more flexible. And at the very least, customer service should be more kind and professional when it comes to these matters.

Ordered a dress size 4 (not custom). When the dress arrived it did not fit correctly. I contacted customer service WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING asking to order a different size and color and was told that I could order a new dress for $40 and sell the original dress.

The dress was picked out but we were worried about sizing. We went by the chart given and hoped for the best. The dress was delivered earlier than expected (wonderful). She put the dress on and it was as close to perfect as we had hoped. A small adjustment under the are (since it was strapless) and it was perfect. With it being satin, we did go up an inch in sizing so she could sit down without the fear of messing up a seam..

Firstly the Stacees online site provides detailed and accurate instructions on the size information, measurement, and return policy. Once I ordered, I got a measurement confirmation request email which is very thoughtful. Then Stacees kept me posted on every step, from preparation to quality inspection to completed. We received the dress 17 days after ordering, my daughter tried on and it fitted perfect, the lavender color looks more beautiful than we could imagine, the material is very decent, and the style is so elegant!
