I ordered 2 prom dresses from Stacees. One was defective and arrived 4 days after the promised Expedited delivery for which I paid extra. The other one was very heavy and dull looking, not as vibrant as the photos on their website. A month later we are still sending back and forth emails with the seller, and they are refusing to provide a return address or a shipping label. I filed a complaint with PayPal and they opened up a case. The seller finally agreed to take one of the dresses back. Still waiting on a refund.

I was really pleased with the team that made the dress. They contacted me to make sure that I submitted my measurements correctly and if I needed anything else before they started making it. They also ensured that they were going to get me the dress in time for my event. I only wish they had asked for additional measurements that were needed to make the dress the right size.
