I reached out to Stacees 15 days after receiving my dress. I travel for work and was unable to try it on sooner. It was a brand new dress that is several inches too small. They refused to provide a return, refund or exchange. I am stuck with a dress that I cannot wear and have to re-order and pay for a dress (including the $40 shipping) as it is for a wedding bridesmaid dress.
Had to alter and was compensated for it! Customer service responded quickly!

I ordered chiffon fabric and the package took quite a while to even be shipped. Looking at the fabric, i am concerned that i was not sent peacock as I requested as it looks very green and the screen shows peacock as much bluer than the teal color (which I also ordered). So, now i am ordering swatches to compare to the fabric I was sent. If I am ordering my dress from you, I need to get it ordered so I receive it in time. Several of the other online dress shops I am considering got their swatches to me very quickly.

The dress didn't look as described. My daughter's prom was coming close so we held the dress just in case she didn't find one. She found one and i started the return process 15 days after receiving the dress. They will not accept the return. BE CAREFUL the dress don't look like or fit like the pictures and return policy is horrible.

We ordered a dress for my daughter's Senior Ball. It was absolutely perfect! The measurement instructions were clear and easy to follow. They emailed to ask one question about the measurements and that was it. A few weeks later the dress arrived and it fit perfectly and was high quality. This was our second time ordering from Stacees and we couldn't recommend them more!

I have never been disappointed by the quality and sizing of Stacees! We loved this dress. I will say that I was a bit nervous about customizing the sizing for my daughter, almost took her somewhere to get her sizes, but WE DID IT! I followed the instructions, and the dress was was perfect. We purchased the dress in Black.
