The process was good until the product left there facility. Once it did I didn't get any updates and had to constantly chase down my package.
We loved the dress! We ordered a stock size, but when it came the waist was not the correct size. After sending pictures with measurements, Stacees sent us a replacement dress with custom sizing. The second dress was perfect! It came quickly. Stacee's was easy to work with! I would order custom sizing the first time next time. My daughter is petite and the cost to tailor the length of the dress is far more than the cost of a custom size.

It was great ordering the dress. They also will custom alter it for you. I messed that part up bc I didn't use a tailor to take my measurements and had to have it altered after the fact, but that was me providing misinformation. The dress was beautiful and flowed wonderfully. I bought this dress as my wedding dress(I'm obsessed with turquoise) and everyone loved it and the satin worked perfect for my wedding. Beautiful dress and very well made! The material was thick and the seams were well stitched. No loose strings or anything.

The dress did not fit to size. The front off the waist was just bunched material and it looked awful and nothing like the photos online.
Your return policy does not work for people who don't have a normal, one size fits everything. I think it's wrong to say your dresses are custom made and cannot be returned when you only give options for specific sizes.

This was my first time ever ordering from Stacees and I'm so glad I did! All of the dresses online are gorgeous and I was very happy with the dress that I chose for my prom! All of my friends and strangers thought it was beautiful. I ended up getting my dress a custom size and it fit perfectly! I even got an email from customer service after placing my order to make sure my measurements were correct and to see when I was using my dress by to make sure it would get to me on time! The dress is definitely an affordable price for the beautiful look of it! I had the best experience ordering my dress from Stacees!

My prom dress was too big even though the bust was bigger tha the sizing guide and the waist was too big even though the waist was a size lower but was able to get another dress at a discount

When the gown arrived in the mail it was a wrinkled mess so I took it to the dry cleaners and it was perfect my daughter wore the gown for her senior prom it was beautiful she was beautiful The only thing was a lot of the gems had fallen off thank you

Where do I begin? Ladies, PLEASE do your research on this terrible business before you purchase a dress on one of the most important days. Stacee's online Bridal shop is completely FRAUDULENT. The dresses shown are absolutely not what is sent. Again, please read reviews on several platforms including reddit. This company sends a dress that is not even the same color or design as what is advertised. Their company claims that it is based out of the UK. It is not; it is in China. Their website claims to have a 14 day return policy, and I am still arguing and in a joke of an email scam with them, only offering to return $25 on a $170 order. WHAT A JOKE! This seems to be their thing as there are several other women out there going through the same thing. Thankfully, I have contacted After Pay, their affiliate, and After Pay has also opened their own investigation. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD DO NOT BUY! Only after I have left 2 negative reviews, does the company ask me to remove them in return for now a $75 refund, and I must pay the shipping back to China. Any of the good reviews have to be AI generated. Again, the dress that was sent is absolutely not what I received, not even the same color or design. Super sadness. The photo of advertised dress is Ivory with longer sleeves to the elbows. What was sent not only did not fit, but also is bright white with short sleeves, and very poor material made. I cannot stress this enough, please do not purchase from this online "store" as this is a complete SCAM and FRAUDULENT company.
