This is the worst company to order from if you have an issue with your order. They have difficulty or simply refuse to take the time to comprehend and resolve any concern. Their objective is to keep your money. Very dishonest and not honorable. They pride themselves on fast responses; however, the responses are not of anything resolution oriented, simply empty words lacking common sense just to get an email time and date stamp that they responded to you. Also the responses are clearly from a different person each time and never signed. Not a clue of how to deliver correct customer service.

Cannot say enough wonderful things about Stacees…their description and images online adequately describe the product, the color was exact, and the quality of the dress I purchased for my daughter was impeccable. When purchasing I was unsure about what size to choose based on measurements, I used the chat service offered on their website, they were very quick to respond, and offered the dress be tailored to my daughters exact measurements. The dress fit her like a glove and she received so many compliments on it. I have two daughters and we are just entering the formal dress part of life, I will be going straight to Stacee's for all pinning events!

I ordered a bridesmaid dress and the first one was the incorrect color but then the next day I received the right color but it didn't fit. I have not heard back on how to return the dresses. The only concern when I asked about how I should proceed in returning and ordering the bigger size was asking me to send pictures of the tags of the two dresses I am now in possession of. I had already sent a picture of the first one when I wrote to advise that it was the wrong color.
